Dr. Jarecsny Tamás

He obtained his medical degree from the Faculty of General Medicine at Semmelweis University in Budapest in 2014 and has been a board-certified neurologist since 2019.  

Since graduation, he has been working at the Neurology and Stroke Center of the North-Central Budapest Center, New St. John Hospital.  

During his university studies, he gained research experience in various topics, including atomic force microscopy, phospholipid bilayer production, and micelle formation. He conducted scientific student research on the effect of divalent cations on membrane stability.  

Since 2015, he has teaching experience, participating in the neurological education of fifth- and sixth-year medical students and residents.  

At his current workplace, as a GCP-trained physician, he also works as an investigator in clinical drug research programs.  

His publications mainly focus on cerebral vascular diseases.  

His neurological interests include cerebral vascular diseases, ultrasound examinations, and primary headaches.  

He communicates in English and German.
