My interest in healthy nutrition developed in my childhood, but over the years, it became clear to me that the abundance of often contradictory information alone does not lead to balance.
I completed my studies at the Faculty of Health Sciences of Semmelweis University, where the microbiome and the gut-brain axis increasingly became the focus of my professional interest.
As a dietitian, I primarily deal with the dietary support of complaints and conditions related to the gut-brain axis, where the state of the digestive system, nervous system function, and lifestyle are closely interconnected.
In my work, I consider it important to create a confidential, supportive atmosphere and to ensure that the recommendations can truly be integrated into everyday life. I believe that nutrition is not about restriction, but about balance and long-term sustainable solutions.
