The healing power of food has always fascinated me. I wanted to delve deeper into the topic of healthy and balanced nutrition, which is why I chose the profession of dietitian.
I completed my studies at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Pécs. It was here that I first encountered the concept of the microbiome, whose diversity immediately piqued my interest. Currently, I work with microbiome-based nutritional therapy.
My goal is to raise awareness among as many people as possible about the role of the microbiome in our health. I aim to provide support in making the dietary and lifestyle changes essential for restoring microbiome balance, which is key to healing and maintaining health.
