I earned my degree with a specialization in Developmental Psychology at ELTE after studying at the University of Economics. I was very interested in psychosomatic illnesses, which led me to study at the former OPNI, where I assisted with neuropsychological assessments. I also gained experience at the Oncology Department of Péterfy Sándor Street Hospital. I studied Simonton therapy, which is often used in treatments with cancer patients. However, my true passion became sports psychology, so I completed the Sports Psychology Specialist training at ELTE and became a certified sports psychologist.
I regularly use Autogenic training relaxation methods, Katathym Imaginative Psychotherapy (KIP), and schema therapy techniques.
I studied existential psychological therapy and am drawn to its somewhat philosophical approach. I believe that a healthy approach adapts treatment methods to the client and their problems, even switching between approaches as needed. I have also conducted specialized studies related to LGBTQ+ communities.
In my free time, I enjoy mountain climbing and I am training in search and rescue dog work with a four-year-old Border Collie named Mistral, who clients may also meet during therapy sessions.
