Cardiology

At our clinic, we provide comprehensive non-invasive cardiology care (without physical intervention), making nearly complete cardiac care accessible to our patients. Successful treatment begins with an accurate diagnosis. Our cardiologists take the time to listen to you and understand your symptoms and concerns. Advanced diagnostic techniques are used for the early detection and management of heart conditions. You may undergo several examinations so that our specialists can precisely identify the cause of your symptoms. Afterwards, they will work with you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs and goals.

We prioritize high-quality patient care, patient safety, and patient satisfaction. Please note that if you experience sudden chest pressure or any rapidly developing symptoms, you must seek emergency care immediately. Our consultations are intended only for patients with long-standing symptoms or for preventive check-ups.

Therefore, we ask that you prepare conscientiously and allow sufficient time for your visit. For cardiology appointments, please bring all available documentation to your first consultation so that we can work from a complete medical history, avoiding unnecessary repeat tests. If possible, measure your blood pressure at home a few times in the days leading up to your appointment and record the readings, including pulse, to bring with you.

During cardiology examinations, our philosophy is that every patient question should be answered. For this reason, we focus entirely on you during the visit, and the standard consultation time has been designed to reflect this patient-centered approach.

At our clinic, patients benefit from a high standard of care through close collaboration among specialists from different fields. Our physicians consult with each other regarding every patient, providing personalized, multidisciplinary care. We place strong emphasis on prevention, which is particularly important in cardiology. Our cardiologists are highly trained professionals with international experience, familiar with ongoing research, and proficient in using the most advanced diagnostic tools.

Common symptoms for which patients consult our cardiologists:

  • Chest and abdominal discomfort
  • Heart rhythm disturbances
  • Irregular heartbeat

Cardiovascular conditions our specialists manage:

  • Elevated cholesterol levels
  • Ischemic heart disease
  • Post-heart attack care
  • Heart failure
  • Valve diseases
  • Hypercholesterolemia
  • Cardiovascular disease screening and prevention
  • Hypertension

Diagnostic tests available at our clinic:

  • Holter Patch ECG: Worn for one week, long enough to detect infrequent arrhythmias; completely invisible, even under clothing, and can be worn while showering, swimming, or exercising.
  • ABPM (Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring)
  • Echocardiography (ECHO)
  • Stress ECG (Bicycle Ergometry)
  • Standard ECG
  • Coronary CTA
  • Coronary Ca-score

This combination of expert care, preventive focus, and advanced diagnostics ensures precise detection and personalized management of cardiovascular conditions.

Cardiac MRI examination is available

Cardiac MRI Examination

The cardiac MRI (magnetic resonance) examination is used for a detailed, safe, and radiation-free assessment of the heart’s condition. Cardiac MRI is a modern imaging technique that allows a more precise evaluation of the heart’s functional and structural state. It can be applied for diagnosing various heart diseases: besides detecting reduced heart function, it is useful for assessing certain heart valve conditions and the structural state of the heart muscle. It can identify changes associated with inflammation or scarring of the heart muscle, as well as congenital and acquired cardiomyopathies. Cardiac MRI is not suitable for evaluating coronary artery calcification.

Why choose a cardiac MRI examination?

  • No radiation exposure: Safe, as it does not use ionizing radiation.
  • Accurate diagnosis: Provides a much more precise assessment of the heart’s pumping function and chamber size than ultrasound. It gives a detailed picture of the heart muscle’s condition and plays an important role in evaluating certain heart valve diseases.
  • Early detection: Can detect some diseases in subclinical, early stages—for example, identifying mildly reduced pumping function or early signs of congenital or acquired heart muscle diseases.
  • Painless: Requires only a venous cannula if contrast agent is used; otherwise, the examination is completely painless.
  • Repeatable: A safe and reproducible diagnostic method, ideal for monitoring certain diseases over time.

A precise cardiology referral and recent lab results (blood count, kidney function) are required for the cardiac MRI. Report preparation typically takes 2 weeks.

Depending on the diagnostic question, the examination may take approximately 45–90 minutes.
